Although vegetable oil has a healthy sounding name, it's NOT made
from vegetables...
canola oil, safflower oil, and/or cottonseed oil, ALL of which are absolutely terrible for your health.
In fact, they are downright deadly, and I'm not exaggerating. Here's why...
